Okay, I'm trying to remain calm. It's somewhat reassuring to see this is not entirely random or caused by gremlins. However, I so do want my eSnips back. Life is so very sad without it.

My account is recognised (not even when I go to the "Forgot your password" link, but I can't sign up for a new account with the same email either, apparently. I correctly typed the letters in the captcha and clicked acceptance of terms, but I just end up on the same page without any error message...
