Hello Everyone!

This is my first week at eSnips and it's all very exciting around here! I'll write all about that soon, but I'd like to start with thanking all you eSnips users and the hundreds of thousands of users who visit their eSnips sites for all the feedback we've received so far. My top priority is your well being on eSnips. The more we'll hear from you, the better our service will get.
I am therefore starting this blog, where I plan to continually update you on the latest and greatest and share with you our thoughts, directions and dilemmas.
First thing on our list is to provide you with a better platform to communicate with us. The uptime of our service over the past week has not been optimal to say the least. As you may have read about in your eSnips home page, and on Yael's blog. Our team went through many sleepless nights to try to avoid it, but eventually decided to purchase our own computers and hosting equipment and move the entire operation to a new and improved hosting facility. The investment we recently raised is primarily used to fund this transition. It has been a complex move and we will finally be turning the switch on in the new facility on Monday. There may be some hiccups over the first week, but we'll try to keep them to a minimum.  Please bear with us, we promise we'll make it worth it.

I have plenty of things to update you about and I promise to do that very soon. We're all focused on completing the service transition this week.
