File downloading – temporary problem

Some of you have been emailing and leaving comments regarding a file download problem that I want to address. The problem started after a recent system upgrade and from what I’ve seen, files appear as an “unknown file type” after the download, with the file name being a random series of numbers and letters.

We’re working on fixing the problem, but in the meantime, there is a quick fix for this. After downloading the file, simply rename it with the correct name instead of the gibberish that you see.  Most importantly, be sure to add the file’s extension.  So, for example, if you’ve downloaded a music file, simply rename it song.mp3 after the download. Sorry for the temporary inconvenience.

I am unable to download file using free download manager. Your site redirects the download manager to a file unsupported.jsp.

Please let me know which download manager to use to download. Windows download is very slow.

So, how to download the files if the "Download" button is missing??
