eSnips has been growing very quickly, especially over the last couple of weeks, causing a significant load on our servers. We're all working tirelessly on upgrading the service and apologize in advance for the interruptions some of you may experience during the upcoming week.
We appreciate your support and patience and promise to do our best to keep interruptions down to a minimum and to complete the work as fast as we can.
We're working on a major service upgrade and you may be getting a slow response from the eSnips website during the next 48 hours.

What are Super eSnippers?
A Super eSnipper is someone who truly takes advantage of eSnips to share completely different aspects of his or her life. Their profile is full of the different aspects of their lives. From pets to hobbies, painting to karaoke – Super eSnippers share it with world.
We are featuring Super eSnippers on the homepage and the first to be featured are: Khosrow, Erin and Pavel. Browsing around their eSnips folders gives you a chance to get to know them and the variety of things they are passionate about:
Khosrow shares his photos, his Persian translations of scientific American articles, his hand scripts in Persian and more.
Erin shares her original music, her art (here and here) and her photos.
Pavel is a musician and he has plenty of public folders. He shares his videos, jokes he collected about musicians, his photos, his music, his repertoire and more.

I just love discovering hot new artists that join eSnips. Today I found James who showcases his creations in his "Art of James V. Dion" folder. Simply beautiful paintings! He's also selling his artwork in this folder, so if you love it you can also get it for yourself (James uses the eSnips Marketplace feature to sell his art).
James has been drawing since he can remember. He mentions on his profile:
"My inspiration comes from nowhere in particular. I sit and draw and it flows out. I began to believe in myself as an artist when someone I worked with stole a drawing I had done on a napkin (when we were out having drinks one night) had it framed and put it on his wall. Since then I have both sold and given my art to people who have admired it."

I loved the way he described his art: "My art can be better appreciated the longer you look at it. I call it "Cloud Watching". The longer you look the more shapes, faces and ideas you will see."

You can upload photos and files to eSnips directly from your e-mail application, your camera, your mobile phone and any other device that supports e-mail!
There's no need to upload stuff to your computer first and then to your eSnips folders. Here’s how it works:
We generate a unique e-mail address for your eSnips account. The attachments of any e-mail you send to this address will be automatically uploaded to a folder you specify.
Start by clicking on the "Upload by email" link in your eSnips homepage (under "Things you can do")
and then follow these two easy steps:
Next time you take that perfect picture with your mobile phone, send it directly to your eSnips email address and everyone will be able to see it on eSnips right away.
We're proud to announce the winner of the eSnips Karaoke Contest: 
Jenni Cameron (Jayelsea) and her song "Whatever Lola Wants"!
Jenni received 571 votes and was a few dozen votes ahead of Achint with his song "I can't unlove you".
The contest was a great success and a lot of fun. Many thanks to everyone who participated, sang, listened and voted. We got amazing feedback from a lot of people and we're glad you enjoyed the contest as much as we did.
